How does SkyPassDesk work?

SkyPassDesk lets you search current flight options, compare schedules and fare details, choose eligible extras, and complete checkout through a secure booking flow.

Is SkyPassDesk an airline?

No. SkyPassDesk is an independent travel booking service. We are not owned by an airline and we are not an official airline website.

When will my confirmation arrive?

An order acknowledgement is sent after checkout. Final ticketing details, when approved and completed, are emailed after fare, payment, and supplier review.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, if you are authorized to book for that traveler. Enter every passenger name exactly as it appears on the identification they will use for travel.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change a flight after purchase?

Change options depend on the airline and fare rules. Some tickets allow changes with a fee or fare difference, while others are restricted or non-changeable.

How do I cancel a booking?

Contact us with your booking reference, passenger name, route, and travel date. We will check the fare rules and explain any refund, credit, or penalty options.

Does a 24-hour request guarantee free cancellation?

Not always. We review requests made within 24 hours, but the final result depends on airline policy, timing, routing, and whether the ticket has already been issued under restrictive rules.

Baggage

Where can I see baggage details?

Baggage information is shown when available in the search and checkout flow. Allowances are controlled by the airline and fare type selected.

Can baggage be added after booking?

Often it can, but not always through the same channel. Send your booking reference to [email protected] and we will review available options.

Can I choose seats before travel?

Seat selection may be offered during checkout for eligible flights. If it is not available, the airline may still allow seat selection through its own website or check-in process.

Check-in

Where should I check in?

Check in directly with the airline online or at the airport. Most airlines open online check-in 24 to 48 hours before departure.

Do I need travel documents or a visa?

Passengers are responsible for passports, visas, transit documents, and entry requirements. Verify requirements with the airline and official government sources before departure.

Refunds

How long do refunds take?

Eligible refunds depend on airline approval. Supplier review often takes several business days, and card issuers may need more time to post credits after approval.

Are service fees refundable?

SkyPassDesk service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed or a requested support service has been performed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
