Fare Review Policy
How fare reviews work
Airline prices move often and may vary by supplier, booking path, inventory bucket, timing, and payment conditions. If you locate a lower public fare for the same trip shortly after booking through SkyPassDesk, you can ask us to review it manually.
A fare review is not a price-match promise and does not guarantee a refund, credit, or adjustment. Any outcome depends on supplier rules, timing, verifiable availability, and the conditions attached to your original booking.
What we review
- Same airline, flight number, date, departure time, and fare class
- Same passenger count and cabin class
- Fare must be publicly bookable and not limited to member-only, coupon, loyalty, or employee rates
- Request must be submitted within 4 hours of completing the original booking
- The lower fare must still be available for verification at the time of review
How to submit a review request
Email a screenshot of the competing fare, full itinerary details, and your SkyPassDesk booking reference to [email protected] with the subject line "Fare Review Request." We will check the information and respond as quickly as practical.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover unpublished fares, corporate contract prices, member-only offers, reward travel, coupon-based rates, group tickets, charter fares, obvious pricing errors, or fares that cannot be verified when we review the request. Review decisions are final unless new material information is provided.
